Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do not entertain returns. Only exchange is allowed.

  • All IIRI India products are covered under a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition as delivered

    • In original packaging

    • Returned with the original invoice

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Reverse Pickup

  • If reverse pickup is available in your pincode, we will arrange it.

  • Reverse pickup charges of ₹250 must be borne by the customer.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, the customer must courier the parcel back at their own expense, mentioning name and mobile number clearly.

International Exchanges

  • Customers must send the parcel back to our warehouse at their own cost.

  • Shipping charges for the replacement order must also be borne by the customer.


DAMAGES POLICY

  • IIRI India is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.

  • Ensure all packaging materials and damaged goods are preserved before filing a claim.

  • Any wrong product/size issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with proper proof.

  • If a faulty product is received, we will replace it after verification.
