Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not entertain returns. Only exchange is allowed.

All IIRI India products are covered under a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.

Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup is available in your pincode, we will arrange it.

Reverse pickup charges of ₹250 must be borne by the customer.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, the customer must courier the parcel back at their own expense, mentioning name and mobile number clearly.
International Exchanges

Customers must send the parcel back to our warehouse at their own cost.

Shipping charges for the replacement order must also be borne by the customer.
DAMAGES POLICY

IIRI India is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.

Ensure all packaging materials and damaged goods are preserved before filing a claim.

Any wrong product/size issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with proper proof.

If a faulty product is received, we will replace it after verification.
